JUNK Burger, originally from France has now landed in Central London to commence its global expansion!
Junk Smash Burgers, a French-based brand renowned for its minimalist and quality-focused approach to smash burgers, has expanded from Paris to London, opened its first UK location in Soho in September 2024. With many international applications under review, 2025 will see Junk expanding across the Globe.
Founded in 2021 by entrepreneur Majed Mansour and self-taught chef Wissem Ben Ammar, Junk has established a strong presence in France with multiple locations, including Paris, Neuilly, Lyon, Strasbourg, Lille, Bordeaux, and Toulouse.
The Soho menu mirrors the French offerings, featuring customisable burgers ranging from single to five-patty options, all served in brioche buns with premium beef, American cheese, and a unique secret sauce.
Notable items include the classic cheeseburger, a truffle double cheeseburger with house-fried onions and homemade truffle sauce, and a crispy veggie burger made with a cauliflower, potato, and Emmental cheese patty. Sides such as ultra-crispy fries and panko-breaded chicken bites complement the main dishes.
