A private family business with a strong track record in owning chocolate shops across Dubai sought to expand its portfolio by bringing an international chocolate or gelato brand to the UAE market.
We initially shortlisted ten global brands, narrowing the selection down to three contenders. Following in-depth negotiations with each, we ultimately identified Cioccolati Italiani as the ideal brand to introduce to the region. To facilitate the decision-making process, we leveraged our network by connecting the client with existing franchisees of the brand in the Middle East, providing valuable insights into its performance, operations, and brand history in the region.
We successfully negotiated the full franchise agreement and concluded the deal in September 2024.
