Longboys is a small batch bakery, specialising in handmade finger doughnuts. Their brioche base is rolled and cut by hand, allowing the production of a lighter doughnuts. The fillings which are generously pumped into the doughnuts are made fresh in house with the finest season ingredients, including fillings, toppings, jams and compotes. Since the launch in 2019 by award winning Pastry Chef, Graham Hornigold, Longboys certainly has the recipe for success.
