Gooey!

Gooey is a modern artisanal bakery focusing on doing the simple things very well. Born out of a need for giant New York style cookies and fluffy donuts, Gooey began in 2020 with a little kiosk in the Northern Quarter of Manchester. The huge queues and demand for the Gooey product have led to a residency in Ducie Street Warehouse, a counter at Selfridges in the Trafford Centre and a neighbourhood bakery and café on High St, Manchester.

Gooey has become a social media phenomenon with over 91,000 instagram followers and attracting millions of hits on TikTok. This brand is expanding rapidly with sites under development in UAE, due to launch in 2024.
