Founded in March 2019 by pastry chef Shaheen Peerbhai, who trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and London, as well as the Centre de Formation d’Alain Ducasse in France, the bakery offers a range of artisanal pastries, breads, and viennoiseries
The bakery is renowned for its commitment to quality, sourcing premium ingredients such as traditionally milled flour from Normandy, Valrhona chocolate, and Poitou Charentes butter. All products are baked on-site throughout the day by a dedicated team of skilled bakers, ensuring freshness and authenticity.
In addition to its baked goods, Miel Bakery offers workshops where enthusiasts can learn baking techniques from Shaheen herself, fostering a community of aspiring bakers and pastry lovers.
